Alyssa is excited to help your student shine!

Her passion for tutoring comes from a very personal place. As a young student, she struggled academically and lost her confidence... until she met a tutor who changed everything. That tutor was patient and compassionate, and for the first time, Alyssa felt seen and heard. That experience restored her love of learning, and she has made it her mission to give that same gift to every student she works with.

Alyssa's educational philosophy is simple: learning should be fun and empowering, not frustrating!

She loves bringing positive energy to every single session. Her background as a Montessori Lead Teacher and a 5th Grade Elementary School Assistant has given her years of experience in finding what makes each child tick. Alyssa specializes in creating a nurturing and supportive environment and facilitating engaging educational activities that build both skills and confidence.

Her goal is to be your child's biggest cheerleader. She is here to help them build positive social and emotional skills, manage challenges, and rediscover how capable and bright they truly are!
