Bill is the owner and Director of Operations for Capital Region Tutors, Inc. He has worked with hundreds of Capital Region students on SAT and ACT preparation. He currently recruits and trains some of the best educators in the area.  Bill is happy to listen to your educational needs and match you with the best tutor for your situation.
