As an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching in special education, reading, and general education, Melanie believes that every student can achieve success with the proper support and encouragement. Her teaching philosophy centers on meeting students where they are, building on their strengths, and fostering confidence through personalized, engaging instruction. She is passionate about helping learners of all ages grow academically and develop skills that will serve them beyond the classroom. She looks forward to bringing patience, professionalism, and a love of learning to each tutoring session.
